All personal data processed under UK GDPR & Data Protection Act 2018.

Dispute Resolution

Contact support@tutorsforeveryone.com within 48 hours of a lesson.
If unresolved, you may refer the matter to UK Trading Standards or the ODR Platform.

All agreements governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.

Payments & Security

Payment processing

All payments handled by Stripe Payments UK Ltd (FCA Ref 900461).
Card details are encrypted and never stored by TFE.

Safety

TFE complies with PSD2, FCA rules, and UK GDPR.
We maintain Anti-Money-Laundering controls and record-keeping for audits.

Consumer rights

Purchasing credits is a digital service under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
By starting your first lesson you agree that the service begins immediately and the 14-day cool-off period is waived.

Safety & Trust

• Admins cannot alter records without audit trail.
• Children's sessions monitored under UK child-protection guidelines.
• Tutors are independent contractors responsible for their own tax returns.
