3. Payments
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- Tutors can request payouts from their dashboard
- Tutors are paid their share after applicable deductions and processing time.
4. Lesson Scheduling & Cancellations
- Students and tutors must follow the scheduling system on the platform.
- Rescheduling must be done at least 6 hours before the lesson start time.
- Lessons cancelled late or missed without notice may not be refunded.
5. Tutor Responsibilities
- Tutors must provide professional, honest, and respectful lessons.
- Tutors are responsible for the accuracy of their qualifications and teaching methods.
6. Student Responsibilities
- Students must respect tutors and attend scheduled sessions on time.
- Students must ensure proper internet, device, and Zoom setup for lessons.
- Any misuse of the platform may lead to suspension or termination of account.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content on the platform (logos, text, graphics, etc.) is owned by Tutors For Everyone.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Tutors For Everyone is not responsible for:
- Any technical issues (internet, Zoom connectivity, etc.).
- Any academic performance outcomes.
- Any disputes directly between tutor and student outside the platform.
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
9. Termination of Account
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms.
- Pending payments or obligations will still apply after termination.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
